Pro Mach seeks an experienced Inside Sales Specialist to support our internal team at Statco-DSI, a leader in sanitary process equipment. You'll leverage your customer knowledge, ensuring accurate and efficient order processing while exceeding client expectations. This role requires proactive communication and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the entire order process from initiation to cancellation
• Proactively reach out to understand customer needs
• Provide consistent, high-quality customer experiences
• Ensure accurate and efficient order processing
• Maintain clear documentation for customer interactions
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Three or more years in an inside sales role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with ERP systems preferred
• Familiarity with Web Ex is a plus
