Purpose

The Leasing Call Specialist is responsible for maximizing leasing opportunities by proactively engaging with prospective residents and converting inquiries into scheduled apartment tours. This role focuses on high-volume outbound calling, lead follow-up, and appointment booking to ensure prospective residents receive timely and consistent communication. Working closely with the Leasing Team, this position supports the leasing process by ensuring Leasing Agents have a steady pipeline of scheduled tours, allowing them to focus on providing exceptional property experiences and converting tours into applications.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming leasing inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective residents who have expressed interest in Lépine properties.
  • Follow up with new and existing leads through phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Engage prospects professionally to understand their housing needs and encourage them to schedule a property tour.
  • Book and coordinate apartment tours for Leasing Agents.
  • Maintain accurate prospect information and activity records within leasing systems.
  • Follow established call scripts, processes, and lead follow-up schedules.
  • Reconnect with prospects who have previously shown interest but have not yet scheduled a tour.
  • Provide a positive first impression of the Lépine brand through every interaction.
  • Collaborate with Leasing Agents to ensure smooth transition from booked appointment to complete tour.
