Manager of Pursuits, Stantec Buildings

Drive Stantec's mission as the Manager of Pursuits within the Buildings sector, focusing on strategic proposal management for complex projects. Your leadership will promote design excellence and successful project execution.
This position calls for a detail-oriented manager with extensive experience in the A/E/C industry. You will orchestrate pursuit initiatives from inception to submission, working alongside creative teams to develop persuasive proposals and effective communication strategies. Engage with clients early in the process to ensure a comprehensive understanding of their needs and secure competitive advantages for Stantec.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategically lead high-profile pursuits and proposals

• Prepare and guide teams through proposal processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field

• At least 10 years of experience in proposals

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft and Adobe applications

• Preference for candidates with A/E/C industry expertise
