Loan Consultant

About the role

As a Loan Consultant, you’ll play a key part in growing our business by actively promoting and selling loan and protection products in a fast‑paced, sales‑driven environment. You will understand customer needs to recommend the right financial solutions and manage the entire sales process, both in person and virtually—from application to closing—while building strong relationships and earning trust through excellent service.

• High school diploma (post‑secondary education in finance, sales, or business is an asset).
• Minimum 1year of sales experience with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• A customer‑first mindset and a passion for delivering value.
