Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

• Comprehensive 10‑week training program

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations

• Valid, full, unrestricted driver’s license for a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Strong customer service orientation
• Self‑motivation and drive to work in a teamwork environment to meet goals
• Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $45,000 - $90,000 per year. The range takes into account factors such as skill sets, experience, training, and other business needs.
