Position: Minto Leasing Consultant Role Available
Join Minto in Ottawa, Ontario, as a Leasing Consultant for a 6-month contract. Support prospective residents with outstanding service throughout their rental journey and boost occupancy rates.

This position requires a minimum of two years of sales experience and a high school diploma. You will communicate directly with prospects, conduct property tours, verify applications, and ensure properties are always ready for showings. Evening and weekend availability is required to suit resident needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer rental inquiries via phone, email, or in-person

• Conduct tours of properties and suites available

• Assist with online applications and follow-ups

• Manage CRM data entry for accuracy

• Collaborate with marketing for optimal outreach

Requirements:

• High school diploma is mandatory; sales training beneficial

• At least two years of sales-related experience needed

• Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential

• Experience with Salesforce or Yardi is an asset

• Valid driver’s license and vehicle needed
