Join our team as an HVAC Sales Closer with immediate access to pre-set appointments in Sudbury, Windsor, and Ottawa. Close deals without the burden of prospecting.

This position offers you 3–4 pre-booked in-home consultations each day, enabling you to concentrate solely on closing sales. Candidates should possess at least 2 years of experience in direct sales, particularly in HVAC or home improvement. Strong objection handling and negotiation skills are essential. Work as an independent contractor and enjoy flexible scheduling focused on your appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-scheduled in-home consultations daily

• Presenting HVAC options and financing details

• Handling objections and closing effectively

• Processing signed contracts with minimal admin tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years sales experience in HVAC or similar

• Proven ability to close on first appointments

• Strong negotiation capabilities

• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
