In the role of Capture Manager, you will lead strategy and execution for National Security and Defence opportunities. You'll engage with customers and influence procurement processes across various agencies, including the CAF and CSIS. This position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals tailored to meet compliance and win criteria.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct capture strategy and qualification processes
• Engage early with customers to shape requirements
• Forge key relationships with defense agency stakeholders
• Manage cross-functional teams for proposal delivery
• Analyze and track Canadian defense procurement opportunities
Requirements:
• 5+ years in sales, business development, or consulting
• 5+ years professional or military experience
• Proven skills in executive-level presentations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Track record of influencing decision-makers
