Match Retail is looking for a Sales Team Lead to spearhead efforts at Costco locations. In this role, you will mentor Coffee Sales Advisors while actively engaging with consumers, driving sales through excellent customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:
• Motivate and coach a team of Coffee Sales Advisors
• Deliver actionable mentorship and performance coaching
• Conduct customer engagement and product demos
• Assess team performance to find enhancement opportunities
• Uphold Nespresso’s brand standards during events
Requirements:
• 1–2 years in retail sales or leadership
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Experience with mobile reporting applications
• Must own a reliable vehicle for bi-weekly travel
• Bilingual (English/French) is a must
