In this vital role, you will report directly to the Operation Manager, applying your expertise to communicate effectively about deficiencies and proposals. Your background should include a minimum of three years in the fire protection industry, where you will prepare timely quotes and coordinate with several internal teams for service success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and prepare repair quotations from inspection reports
• Engage clients about deficiencies and suggested actions
• Explain pricing and scope details regarding fire protections
• Coordinate materials and labor requirements with teams
• Track and follow up on open quotations
Requirements:
• College diploma or related experience in industry
• Three years or more in fire protection
• Familiarity with fire alarm system installation
• Strong communication skills for customer relations
• Valid driver’s license required
