You will play a pivotal part in shaping the company’s trajectory through business planning and training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate profitable relationships with independent insurance brokers

• Analyze performance metrics for growth opportunities

• Collaborate to develop and execute business plans

• Support brokers with training and product education

• Advocate for Economical’s positioning and metrics adherence

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business or Insurance

• Experience in Property & Casualty insurance

• CIP designation completed or in progress

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insurance tech platforms
