In this full-time role, you'll leverage your business development skills to build a network and provide life and wealth insurance solutions. Your responsibilities will include connecting with clients to understand their needs and offering tailored advice backed by RBC’s comprehensive product range.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer comprehensive insurance and financial advice to clients

• Independently prospect and grow new business accounts

• Utilize Salesforce to maintain and deepen client connections

• Analyze individual sales progress and refine strategies

• Collaborate with partners for client opportunity spotting

Requirements:

• 2+ years of sales experience required

• Life and Health License (HLLQP/LLQP) or willing to complete

• Proven ability to build strong client relationships

• Existing referral network essential

• Must have a valid Canadian driver’s license
