Charity Fundraiser

Schedule: Full-time | Monday to Friday, 12 PM – 8 PM

Average Compensation: $600–$2,000/week (base salary + performance bonuses + daily cash incentives)

You'll be out in the field every day representing incredible charitable organizations that are changing lives — while working alongside experienced sales coaches and senior professionals who are just as invested in your growth as they are in their own results. This is a high-energy, people-first role where your communication skills and drive directly determine your income.

• Representing and running face-to-face fundraising campaigns on behalf of impactful charities including CNIB, Sick Kids Hospital, Diabetes Canada, SPCA, Heart & Stroke, UNICEF, and more
• Engaging with potential donors and communicating the importance of their projects
• Building relationships with members of the public and driving donor acquisition results
• Learning objection handling, communication strategies, and fundraising techniques through hands-on experience and mentorship

• 18 years of age or older
• Available full-time, Monday to Friday, 12 PM – 8 PM
• Strong communicator who s comfortable engaging people face-to-face
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
• Access to a vehicle is an asset
