This impactful position requires an expert in Bio Pharma sales to manage significant accounts and execute growth strategies for Johnson & Johnson across multiple locations. You will cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and ensure operational excellence through collaboration with various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute growth initiatives for Bio Pharma client accounts
• Coordinate with Johnson & Johnson’s global operations
• Grow a territory valued at $3M+ in annual revenue
• Build executive relationships within customer organizations
• Lead customer business reviews and negotiations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Minimum 5 years in sales or account management
• Experience in the Bio Pharma or pharmaceutical industry
• Proven success in managing strategic accounts
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or similar tools
