Sales-Focused Travel Consultant

In this full-time, on-site role, you will leverage at least two years of travel sales experience to provide comprehensive travel solutions to clients. Managing customer conversations through various channels, you will become adept at using multiple systems to ensure smooth booking processes. Your success will be reflected in KPIs, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through conversations

• Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs for commission

• Offer complete travel solutions including flights and accommodation

• Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers

• Manage customer interactions across multiple communication channels

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in travel sales

• Proficient with Sabre GDS preferred

• Customer-facing sales experience with successful track record

• Strong communication skills in person and over phone

• High attention to detail and experience with complex systems
