Responsible for driving sales growth across multiple territories through direct customer engagement and leadership of independent sales representatives. Develops and executes regional sales strategies, manages territory performance, and expands market share to achieve revenue objectives

This role is responsible for supporting Quebec, Ottawa, and Atlantic Canada, and the successful candidate must be based within the territory.

• Execute sales and business development strategies across multiple territories.
• Lead, coach, and support independent sales representatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry influencers.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive market growth.
• Manage regional sales pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics.
• Analyze market trends and territory results to optimize sales performance.
• Partner with internal teams to support customer and project needs.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of sales, business development, or territory management experience.
• Experience leading, coaching, or influencing independent representatives, channel partners, or indirect sales teams.
• Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies across multiple territories.
• Strong business planning, forecasting, and relationship management skills.

Valid driver's license and ability to travel 60% within assigned territories.
