Commercial Inside Sales Specialist

This position supports customers with orders, technical product inquiries, and project-related sales needs in a fast-paced distribution environment.

• Process customer orders and ensure accurate system entry for picking and delivery
• Support customers with pricing, availability, delivery, and product information requests
• Provide technical product guidance and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions
• Support customers on project-based orders, reserves, and quote-related requests
• Use product knowledge to suggest alternatives, substitutions, and complementary products to support sales
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers regarding orders, pricing, and product updates
• Escalate complex technical or service issues as needed
• Maintain strong product knowledge and support internal team coordination when required

You are someone with strong communication skills and comfort working directly with customers. You also come with:

• 1+ year of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, distribution, or construction industry experience
• Customer service or inside sales experience in a technical product environment
• Ability to understand and interpret technical product information
• Organized, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple customer requests
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, order-driven environment

Expected Compensation: CAD $60,000.00 - $67,000.00 per annum.
