Inside Sales Representative at Interroll

The Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative reports directly to the Inside Sales Manager. The successful candidate will prepare quotes for Interroll's Dynamic Storage line and cross-train on all product lines to support customer queries. Using SAP and Microsoft Suite, you will handle sales orders, confirmations, reports, and communicate order status effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare customer quotes for Dynamic Storage products

• Assist with tracking orders alongside Regional Sales Managers

• Generate and process sales orders and confirmations

• Update order status and new parts in SAP

• Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill customer requirements

Requirements:

• Candidates must reside in the Greater Toronto Area

• Post-secondary education in Engineering or Business is an asset

• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite is ideal
