. Our full-time Design Consultants have an earning potential of approximately $65,000–$75,000+ per year
, with the opportunity to earn more based on individual performance.

You don’t need to be an interior designer to succeed  you have strong sales skills and an interest in furniture and design, we’ll provide the product knowledge and tools you need to build your expertise.

You’ll be joining our ByWard Market team at 60 ByWard Market, Ottawa, Ontario
, in a full-time capacity.

As a Design Consultant
, you’ll help customers select furniture and accessories that fit their space, lifestyle, and budget.

You’ll develop your own sales opportunities, build lasting customer relationships, and take ownership of achieving your individual sales goals.

In this role, you will:

• Welcome customers and understand their needs
• Recommend furniture solutions that complement their space, lifestyle, and personal style
• Present and sell products across our upholstery, dining, bedroom, and accessories collections
• Turn customer conversations and opportunities into sales
