As an Agronomic Technical Consultant (ATC), you will work independently while collaborating with growers and agriculture retailers. This role demands exceptional interpersonal skills, along with expertise in agriculture to foster relationships and drive sales. Daily travel within your territory and the ability to initiate field demos will be vital for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Travel daily to meet prospects and current customers
• Educate growers on agronomic solutions and products
• Conduct field demonstrations and seasonal crop tours
• Represent Timac Agro at industry events and campaigns
• Develop and execute revenue-driven sales plans
Requirements:
• 3 years’ experience in agriculture or agronomy
• B2B sales or consulting experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and CRM software
• Valid driver’s license and high school diploma
• Weekend availability and up to 80% travel required
