In this role, you will manage the Newborn Screening Ontario laboratory, ensuring the delivery of effective screening and diagnostic services. Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in NSO strategy development and implementation

• Act as a liaison with external partners and laboratories

• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards

• Monitor and manage laboratory budgets and expenses

• Compile and document quality metrics and statistics

Requirements:

• Registration with CMLTO or recognized equivalency

• Relevant academic qualification in science

• Proficiency in computer technology required

• Strong communication skills, written and oral

• Bilingualism preferred but not essential
