EXP in Ottawa, Ontario is looking for an experienced Hydrogeologist to lead municipal and infrastructure projects. This senior role focuses on delivering effective hydrogeological solutions that meet client needs.
In this position, you will partner with clients to understand their requirements and manage hydrogeological studies, including groundwater resource development. You will also be responsible for financial oversight and technical report preparation, contributing significantly to project success while nurturing junior staff within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients on infrastructure projects
• Execute groundwater studies and compliance programs
• Oversee budgets and manage financial documentation
• Coordinate field programs effectively
• Review and mentor junior and intermediate staff
Requirements:
• Degree in Hydrogeology or related field
• 10+ years of hydrogeology experience
• Professional designation preferred (P.Geo. or P.Eng.)
• Strong communication and mentoring abilities
• Hands-on experience with MECP and municipalities
