Pinchin is seeking an Environmental Project Technologist for its Environmental Due Diligence team. This position involves working closely with Project Managers to conduct Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and manage remediation projects. You will also engage with clients and regulatory bodies while contributing to responsible development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Phase I Environmental Site Assessments

• Prepare and review technical reports efficiently

• Complete field investigations for site assessments

• Liaise with subcontractors and stakeholders

• Develop positive client relationships during projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science or Engineering

• 1 to 3 years of related experience

• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills for client interaction

• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required
