EXP is seeking a senior Hydrogeologist with over 10 years of experience in physical hydrogeology to enhance our Environmental Group. You will take ownership of project scopes, conduct hydrogeological studies, and mentor junior staff while shaping successful outcomes.
Your role includes significant client interaction and supporting business growth through proposal development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with clients to deliver tailored hydrogeological solutions
• Manage hydrogeological studies, including pump test design
• Oversee site investigation and compliance programs
• Prepare high-quality technical reports and proposals
• Supervise field programs and junior staff development
Requirements:
• University degree in Hydrogeology, Geology, or related field
• 10+ years of physical hydrogeology experience
• Professional designation in Ontario preferred
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Experience leading multidisciplinary projects
