You’ll install residential systems—ductless/mini-splits, heat pumps, gas furnaces, AC's, water heaters. You will experience installing a wide range of residential HVAC systems, building relationships with customers, and being held to a high standard of professionalism. Minimum expectation before applying is a G2 gas ticket and G drivers license.

• Install and commission mini-splits, heat pumps, furnaces, and related ductwork to manufacturer specs and local codes
• Set airflow, perform start-ups, and verify safe operation; walk homeowners through basics and care
• Maintain a tidy site, follow all safety procedures, and use required PPE
• Communicate clearly with clients, coordinators, and teammates; document work completed.
• Utilize a well organized CRM system, and follow clearly laid out handbooks and systems. We take pride in setting you up for success, making your job as smooth as possible, so that you can concentrate on being a top-end tradesperson
• Support and mentor apprentices/junior installers as needed
• Pitch in on related tasks to keep projects moving

• Strong mechanical skill with working knowledge of electrical fundamentals
• Pride in workmanship; organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
• Able to work independently or with a crew
• Physically capable: lifting, bending, kneeling, ladders/attics/crawlspaces; indoor/outdoor in all weather
• Professional, friendly, reliable, and customer-focused

• G2 Gas Technician (minimum)
• Class G driver’s license with clean abstract
• 1+ year hands-on experience installing mini-splits/heat pumps/furnaces/AC's/water heater's
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to complete tasks safely with minimal supervision

• 313A or 313D Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic
• Sheet Metal experience/ticket
• Hydronic/boiler exposure
