Cabinet Spray Painter

North Co is hiring a Cabinet Spray Painter to join our growing team! This is a full-time role for someone who takes pride in clean, dialed-in finishes and knows how to work with care inside clients’ homes. If you’ve got cabinetry or refinishing experience, you’ll fit right in.

• Perform interior cabinetry spray painting on residential projects
• Prepare jobsites and surfaces (masking, protection, sanding, filling, prep work)
• Spray and paint cabinets, doors, trim, and related surfaces
• Maintain high quality standards and complete rework if required
• Keep worksites clean, organized, and protected throughout the project
• Collaborate with the team to stay on schedule and hit deadlines
• Post clear, relevant daily logs in Builder Trend (our job tracking software — used to log work and keep everyone aligned)

• 2+ years of interior spray painting experience (required)
• Strong understanding of coatings, prep work, and wood filler
• Cabinetry painting or refinishing experience is a big plus
• Exterior spray painting is helpful but not required
• Wall painting experience is an asset, but not the core focus
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Able to work independently and as part of a crew
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Respectful of clients’ homes and always maintains a positive attitude
