Reporting to the Operations Manager, Inspection and Service Division, you’ll be the go‑to expert for inspecting, servicing, and troubleshooting our clients’ fire alarm systems.
Among other things, your responsibilities will be:
- Dive into inspections, service calls, and troubleshooting on our clients’ fire alarm systems.
- Take charge of upgrades, repairs, add‑ons, and system improvements based on your inspection findings.
- Deliver clear, accurate inspection and deficiency reports.
- Step up during emergency situations, responding to after‑hours calls on a rotating schedule.
- Diploma in Fire Protection Technology/Technologist.
- CFAA certification.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in service and inspection of fire alarm systems.
- Working knowledge of CAN/ULC standards S524, S536 and S537.
- Knowledge of Notifier products (an asset).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Bilingual (an asset).
- Ability to work well independently.

- Hourly rate ranging from $28 to $40 per hour, based on experience.
