Irrigation Technician

We’re hiring dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Irrigation Technicians for the summer season. You’ll work closely with our irrigation crew to install, test, and maintain high-quality irrigation systems for residential and commercial clients across the Greater Ottawa Region. No prior experience is required, just a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and enjoyment of outdoor work. This is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on expertise in irrigation while earning solid pay and helping create efficient, water‑smart landscapes!

• Assist in installing and testing irrigation systems, including digging trenches, laying pipes, connecting sprinklers, valves, and controllers.
• Support system mapping, layout planning, and site preparation according to designs.
• Load and unload tools, pipes, equipment, and materials at job sites.
• Perform basic troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on irrigation systems with crew guidance.
• Follow safety protocols and crew‑leader directions to ensure efficient, safe operations.
• Help with job‑site cleanup, restoration, and prep for irrigation projects.

• Available full‑time from May to Winter 2026 (Monday–Friday, occasional weekends).
• Physically fit for manual labour: lifting up to 50 lbs, standing/walking for extended periods, working in various weather conditions.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Team‑oriented with good ability to follow instructions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a plus.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada.
