Job Overview
Brad Paddison Contracting Ltd. (BPC) is hiring a Dual‑Ticketed Journeyman Crane Operator. BPC has been offering mine services across Canada since 2008 and is expanding into larger long‑term contracts heading into 2026.
Position Details- Job type: Full‑time
- Pay: $60.00–$80.00 per hour
- Location: Canada (remote mine sites; workers stationed across multiple provinces)
- Work pattern: Shift‑work / camp‑work; LOA available when camp facilities are not provided
- Travel: Reliable travel and living in a remote camp for 2–3 weeks at a time required
Operate and maintain crane equipment on mine sites, ensuring safe and efficient operations, following all applicable safety and compliance standards.
Perform shift‑based and camp‑based duties, including setup, operation, and removal of crane equipment.
Collaborate with the site team to plan and execute crane operations according to project schedules.
Required Certification & Training- Journeyman Crane Operator ticket
- Trade certification in Millwrighting, Welding, or Pipe fitting
- Valid Class 5 Driver's license (personal vehicle)
- Working from Heights / Fall Protection Training certification
- Confined Space Training certification
- Respirator Fit Test (valid within 6 months)
- Pre‑Access Drug & Alcohol Screening (may be required)
BPC is willing to help the right candidate complete required safety training and certification.
