Master Electrician

Click Energy Solutions is seeking a experienced and licensed Master Electrician to oversee electrical work, ensure code compliance, and support the operations of our team in Ottawa, Ontario
. The successful candidate will provide technical expertise, supervise installation and service work, and ensure all projects meet provincial standards and company expectations.

• Oversee and approve electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance
• Ensure all electrical work complies with the Ontario Electrical Safety Code
• Provide technical guidance, supervision, and mentoring to electricians and apprentices
• Review and approve electrical permits, inspections, and documentation
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and support complex project work
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and contractors to support job planning and execution
• Maintain accurate job records, reports, and compliance documentation
• Participate in estimating, quoting, and planning electrical projects
• Promote and enforce safety protocols and best practices
  
  Support training, onboarding, and professional development of electrical staff

• Valid Master Electrician License (Ontario)
• Red Seal Electrical Endorsement
• Extensive experience in residential, commercial, or industrial electrical work
• Strong understanding of the Ontario Electrical Safety Code and ESA requirements
• Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship abilities
• Valid Ontario G Class Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documents

• Project management and supervisory experience
• Experience with heat pumps, heat pump water heaters, and boilers
