As a Rigging Technician, you will perform vital rigging tasks, report to your Lead Rigger, and help uphold Encore's safety standards. Key skills include ground rigging abilities, lift operation, and proactive safety observation. Your efforts are crucial in supporting the success of events by preparing and organizing all rigging equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize rigging tools tailored for event needs
• Establish safety checks and inspections for rig points
• Provide hands-on ground rigging support
• Maintain awareness of safety during events
• Collaborate with technical teams for event success
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent necessary
• Minimum of 500 hours in onsite rigging
• Basic Rigging and Lift Certifications required
• Detailed Ground Rigging experience needed
• Preferred supervisory experience in rigging
