Field Technician

Position: Field Technician with IGT

As a Casino Services Field Technician with IGT, you'll operate autonomously while performing vital tasks such as installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of gaming devices. This role requires 2-4 years of experience with electronics or telecommunication systems. You will represent IGT onsite, build positive client relationships, and provide essential training on system functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and maintain gaming systems and devices

• Conduct pre-installation site assessments at customer locations

• Perform thorough hardware and firmware tests before installations

• Execute timely installations of communication devices

• Report activities accurately using SAP and additional software tools

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2-4 years' experience in electronics or telecom

• Understanding of AC/DC fundamentals

• Familiarity with wiring diagrams

• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs or more
