Field Service Technician - Mining Equipment

Based in Ontario, we've identified an opening for individuals with experience as Heavy Duty Equipment Technicians. You'll be responsible for detailed inspections and repairs while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Your expertise will play a critical role in maximizing equipment efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment for faults

• Repair and adjust mechanical and electrical systems

• Ensure proper operational performance post-repair

• Commission and train customers on new equipment

• Complete technical documentation accurately

Requirements:

• Mechanical/electrical diploma or equivalent experience

• At least five years' experience with underground mining equipment

• Fluency in French and English is advantageous

• Prior experience with Sandvik equipment preferred

• Ability to read hydraulic and electrical schematics
