In this critical position, you will guide installations that improve residential energy efficiency and provide valuable training to new team members. Your technical skills and leadership will play a key role in executing effective energy retrofits while building a sustainable future for communities in Eastern Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct energy efficiency service delivery at customer sites

• Assess properties and suggest improvements for efficiency

• Mentor junior installers on best practices

• Install energy-saving insulation and air-sealing products

• Maintain accurate records of installations and progress

Requirements:

• Over 5 years' experience in insulation or construction

• Demonstrated leadership skills in a similar field

• Familiarity with diagnostic testing procedures

• Valid driver's license and physical capability for fieldwork

• Commitment to safe work practices and quality standards
