Based in Nepean, ON, Enviro Centre seeks a Lead Installer with expertise in insulation and customer service. This full-time role requires at least 5 years of experience and strong leadership skills. Proficiently interpret building plans and conduct diagnostic tests while promoting Enviro Centre's mission of sustainability and climate action.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of installers

• Conduct site assessments and interpret building layouts

• Install insulation and air-sealing materials

• Train junior staff in energy efficiency best practices

• Document project details for quality assurance
Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years in insulation or related fields

• Certification in insulation installation or equivalent

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Valid Ontario driver’s license

• Commitment to health and safety practices
