Overview
Step into the Aircraft Component Technician role at Porter Airlines located at Ottawa Macdonald-Cartier International Airport. Focus on aircraft part repairs and safety compliance in this hands-on position.
Responsibilities- Conduct repairs on aircraft parts and components
- Certify repair orders and maintain documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations
- Help keep the shop organized and tidy
- Support training for recent technicians and apprentices
- Secondary school diploma required
- College diploma in aircraft maintenance
- Valid Ontario full “G” license required
- Able to lift minimum 23kg
- Solid decision-making skills and reliability
