Step into a pivotal role as a Plumber/Mechanic within our Maintenance department, focusing on vital plumbing and mechanical system repairs. You'll conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and maintain work area cleanliness.

Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, the successful candidate will ensure efficient operation through diverse activities, including emergency repairs and contractor coordination. Candidates should possess a high school diploma and at least two years of relevant experience, along with the necessary plumbing or millwright certificates. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure are crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct plumbing and mechanical system inspections

• Execute emergency repairs and troubleshooting mechanisms

• Collaborate with inspectors and oversee contractor activities

• Maintain work areas and care for tools

• Produce required reports regularly

Requirements:

• High school diploma and two years of experience mandatory

• Valid Plumber or Millwright Certificate is required

• Exceptional organizational and autonomous work skills

• Ability to uphold punctual attendance and safety standards

• Bilingualism is an asset
