The role requires the ability to read blueprints and operate heavy machinery safely while ensuring superior finishes for concrete surfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly place concrete into forms according to specifications

• Fill hollows and remove spots on fresh cement

• Operate power vibrators for concrete compaction

• Level surfaces based on depth and grade

• Repair and resurface sections of concrete structures

Requirements:

• Completed secondary school graduation certificate

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in concrete finishing

• Certification in Cement Finishing and Occupational Health and Safety

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Own tools and safety equipment needed for the job
