Junior Technician

Arnprior & Renfrew, ON

Full-Time, Permanent

Approximately 40 hours per week, with overtime opportunities

• Inspect homes inside and out to identify pests, entry points, and infestations
• Diagnose pest issues and apply effective treatments
• Complete service reports for work performed and products used
• Provide excellent customer service and answer customer questions
• Educate homeowners and recommend solutions to prevent future pest issues
• Build strong relationships with customers while representing Insight professionally

• Ability to lift or carry up to 30 lbs of equipment
• Comfortable working in different environments, including crawl spaces and damp or dusty spots
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and good people skills
• We will help you obtain a Structural Exterminator License (training materials, study support, and exam application assistance provided)
• Valid G2 or G driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle
• Desire to learn, grow, and be part of a solid team
• Interest in pest control or learning a skilled trade

Prior to servicing customers in the field, successful candidates must complete their licensing exam and required training.
