Position: Building Operator with ISS
Be a key player in maintaining building systems as a Building Operator for ISS. This role emphasizes hands-on expertise in mechanical, electrical, and HVAC maintenance, ensuring operational excellence.

As a Building Operator, you'll oversee the safe and efficient operation of facility systems, including troubleshooting and optimizing HVAC and plumbing systems. Your responsibilities will include preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and coordinating contractor work. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining high operational standards while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain HVAC and mechanical systems

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing and electrical issues

• Coordinate contractor activities for safety and compliance

• Maintain accurate logs and documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in building operations

• Journeyman-level expertise in relevant systems

• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills

• Ability to read technical diagrams

• Certification in HVAC or related areas preferred
