Location: Hawkesbury
Job Description
The Auto Body Technician is responsible for structural and non-structural repairs, disassembling, repairing, and reassembling each vehicle. The role supports the repair facilities’ KPIs and collaborates with all team members.
Key Job Responsibilities
Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
Repair damage to vehicle body panels
Vehicle disassembly and reassembly
Repair or replace interior and exterior parts, electrical components, and vehicle accessories
Remove and install welded and sectioned parts on a vehicle
Assess and repair structural components of a vehicle
Use frame equipment
Apply new knowledge and skills to ensure a high level of quality and productivity, directly contributing to KPI’s (Sales / CP / EBITA / BHPD / NPS)
Take responsibility for outcomes and continuously seek learning opportunities to improve performance
Minimum Education and/or Experience Required for the Job
High School Diploma or equivalent
Completion of Post-Secondary Education in an Auto Body Repair Program
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Minimum 3 years of Auto Body Technician experience
Welding experience (MIG, TIG welding)
Preferred
Education and/or Experience
Red Seal or 310B is preferred
I-Car Registered (working towards Gold Class certification)
Other Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Own toolbox
Valid driver’s license required

Compensation
$90,000 - $140,000 per year
Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.
