Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize Caterpillar equipment for mechanical diagnostics

• Repair equipment efficiently out in the field

• Uphold Toromont's health and safety policies at all times

• Maintain strong communication with customers

• Participate in ongoing training and development programs

Requirements:

• 421A Heavy Equipment Technician License required

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in heavy equipment service

• Preferred certification:
Red Seal truck and transport

• Knowledge of Cat systems, e.g., ET and SIS

• Strong technical and customer service skills
