Experienced Field Service Technician - Generators

Join our team as an Experienced Field Service Technician, responsible for servicing generators across Ontario. Focus on customer service and technical expertise to ensure optimal performance.
We're looking for a technician with at least three years of hands-on experience in the generator field service industry. As part of your duties, you will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, conduct necessary maintenance, and program and test various generator controls. Building customer relationships through effective communication is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute emergency repair services and preventative maintenance

• Measure and verify electrical component operations accurately

• Program and troubleshoot generator transfer switches

• Carry out startups and load bank tests

• Maintain tools and parts inventory effectively
Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in generator field service

• Preferred Power Generation Diploma, electrical/mechanical certification

• Valid ON driver’s license in good standing

• Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical systems

• Proficient in MS Office applications
