Key Responsibilities:

• Recondition and repair various heavy-duty equipment

• Maintain accurate records for repairs and parts

• Ensure tools are well-maintained and safely stored

• Enforce company policies and promote team morale

• Communicate respectfully with all stakeholders

Requirements:

• Technical certificate or relevant mechanical experience

• Journeyman Mechanics License (421A) is preferable

• At least 2-5 years in heavy equipment repair

• Strong mechanical aptitude and communication skills

• Familiarity with major equipment systems
