As a Lead Splicer, your primary responsibilities include managing a team of technicians while ensuring all projects meet quality and safety standards. You'll utilize your knowledge of Outside Plant construction and splicing techniques to mentor junior staff and coordinate daily operations on multiple sites. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise fibre optic splicing and testing teams

• Coordinate daily field activities across multiple locations

• Analyze and troubleshoot fibre network issues

• Ensure compliance with Ledcor’s construction practices

• Manage crew productivity and equipment maintenance

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Fibre Optic Splicing

• 2+ years in a leadership role

• Knowledge of telecom standards and practices

• Experience with troubleshooting and commissioning

• Ability to read and interpret construction plans
