Position: Senior Lead HVAC Installer ON
Become a pivotal part of our Ottawa team as a Senior Lead HVAC Installer. Lead residential HVAC installations and drive project success while ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.
As a Senior Lead Installer, you will oversee the installation of heat-pump HVAC systems in residential settings. This position demands a proactive leader with a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in HVAC. You will ensure projects are completed safely, mentor junior members, and manage all essential documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct heat-pump installation in residential environments

• Mentor junior installers and manage project teams

• Document required pre and post-installation forms

• Guarantee compliance with safety standards and Ontario codes

• Troubleshoot any installation discrepancies promptly
Requirements:

• Must hold a 313D or G2 Gas Technician license

• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience required

• Comprehensive knowledge of best installation practices

• Valid driver's license with a clean record

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
