Warranty Technician

Position: Warranty Technician at Minto
Elevate customer experiences as a Warranty Technician with Minto in Kanata, Ontario. Engage with homeowners and ensure swift completion of warranty repairs for their satisfaction and trust.

In this role, you’ll support the warranty team in delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities include managing warranty repairs, performing construction fixes, and maintaining communication with homeowners about their repairs. You'll be essential in upholding Minto's values and ensuring quality workmanship across properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage professionally with homeowners during service visits

• Assess and document warranty-related repairs promptly

• Perform finishing carpentry and drywall repairs

• Install bathroom fixtures and conduct minor plumbing repairs

• Use Newstar Web software for tracking work orders

Requirements:

• High School Diploma preferred

• Minimum of two years of relevant experience

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• General knowledge of residential repairs

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
