Position: Field Service Technician at Honeywell

Reporting to the Service Manager, your primary responsibilities will include providing support for security systems and ensuring efficient service delivery. With a focus on technical excellence, you will manage various projects involving life safety systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical support for software and hardware systems

• Efficiently resolve customer technical challenges

• Analyze system logs for performance optimization

• Lead project coordination among partners

• Maintain accurate system documentation and records
Requirements:

• College Diploma in related electrical field

• Minimum 5 years in security or CCTV roles

• Valid driver’s license is essential

• Must secure Secret Federal Government Clearances

• Participate in on-call service routines
