1 year to less than 2 years Work setting - Installation
- Various locations

- Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements
- Measure and mark sheet metal according to template
- Grind and buff seams, joints and rough surfaces
- Cut materials using power tools or by hand
- Estimate costs and materials
- Fit and join sheet metal parts
- Install sheet metal products according to specifications and building codes Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses
- Sheet Metal Worker Trade Certification Transportation/travel information
- Valid driver's licence
- Own vehicle
- Vehicle supplied by employer Work conditions and physical capabilities
