As a Sprinkler Crew Lead, you will mentor technicians while ensuring compliance with NFPA codes. Your daily responsibilities include executing maintenance tasks, leading troubleshooting efforts, and providing on-site client communication. This role emphasizes teamwork and dedication while actively engaging in fieldwork alongside your crew.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily field operations on sprinkler projects

• Mentor and coach technicians through hands-on training

• Inspect and maintain fire safety systems to standards

• Troubleshoot issues including system leaks and impairments

• Communicate findings and coordinate with clients and teams

Requirements:

• Valid Sprinkler Fitter Journeyperson certification

• 5-7 years experience in fire protection systems

• Strong knowledge of NFPA 13, 25, 20 codes

• Proven ability to lead and support field crews

• Valid driver's license with a clean record
